A series of lumen prints on expired photographic paper.

Lumen is borrowed from Latin and means literally ‘light’ or “an opening". It’s a fascinating camera less process that uses black and white photographic paper to create magical, ethereal, delicate images in an array of colours - browns, pinks, violets, and golden yellows. Light is used to create the images but also seems to emanate from them.
